Youth Groups

We often work with Youth Groups, either visiting them or inviting them to the Fire Station to assist in gaining badges or other awards. This can be to discuss fire safety, how to be safe when camping, practical fire extinguisher training or to simply learning about the Fire Service.

In addition to local youth groups such as beavers, cubs, scouts, explorers, rainbows, brownies and guides, we also work with other agencies to offer visits to other groups of children. In the past this has included children's clubs from visiting cruise ships.
