FIG Grade G2: Starting Salary £21,135 - £23,443 per annum depending on qualifications and experience

The opportunity: To be the first point of contact for the Emergency Services and the Maritime ship to shore radio service, including the efficient management of the telephone switchboard and radio communication systems, accurately assessing non-emergency and emergency calls for assistance, the control and management of Government resources and receiving all visitors to Police Headquarters.

Essential criteria include five GCSE passes at Grade 4+/Grade C+ (or equivalent), a minimum of five years’ relevant administrative/clerical experience, excellent written and spoken English, excellent ‘listening’ skills and a high-level of computer literacy.
