Senior Residential Support Worker – Special Needs – Community Support Team

Salary: F: Starting Salary £24,450 - £28,189 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Opportunity: To provide advice, assistance and support to persons with special needs and attend to their practical, physical and emotional needs in accordance with their individualised support plans, policies and procedures of the service and within the resources available in the islands. This role will also involve working in several residential settings across the community.

Essential criteria include: a Level 3, (or above) qualification in Health and Social care, (or equivalent) and 5 years’ demonstrable experience supporting people with learning disabilities and other Special Needs.
