Background & Qualifications

I am a 7^th generation Falkland islander who grew up on the West Falkland. I have always had a keen interest in the natural environment which leads me to complete my BSc in marine ecology at Bournemouth University in 2017. After an absence from science I returned to science based career in January 2020 as a fisheries observer. My interest is in benthic invertebrates which in the Falkland Islands can be poorly documented.
